1. If I'm not a US citizen, do I need to register with the Transportation Security Administration to learn to fly in the United States? Yes. The United States Transportation Security Administration requires all non US students to register for a background check for flight training. This may be accomplished on line at: https://www.flightschoolcandidates.gov/. Please call us before you register if you are interested in flight training as a foreign student so that we may give you some helpful information on this process.
