Aviation Atlanta's immigration approval is under the jurisdiction of the U.S. Department of Justice, Immigration and Naturalization Service, Atlanta, GA 30309. Aviation Atlanta's file number is ATL214F1211.


Aviation Atlanta will send you the form you need to enroll in the flight training program, and the form for your visa. This form will be sent to you approximately six weeks prior to your scheduled class date. As soon as you receive the form, take it to the U.S. Embassy or Consulate along with your passport. They will issue your visa.


To Enroll in the Professional Pilot Course, You must do the following:


   1) Fill out the enrollment form. Be sure and sign the form. If you are under 18 years of age, your parent or guardian must consent to your training by signing the enrollment form.


   2) Mail the enrollment form to Aviation Atlanta, Inc.; along with the application form you must send the following:

                     

        • Proof of financial ability
        • Educational transcript
        • Proof of English language proficiency
        • $7500 check in U.S. Dollars for tuition deposit; $7250 of this will be deducted from the total course price.

   This is to certify that __________ is intended to go the U.S.A. to study for a Commercial Pilot's License (FAA). The Required fees as well as the cost of his/her maintenance during his/her stay, estimated to be combined U.S. $ ________ is available to be paid in full prior to start of  his/her studies.


  You will need a copy of this sample letter attached to your visa. This letter will have to be shown at the U.S. Embassy or Consulate in your country, and U.S. Border Immigrations require this letter to be signed by you, or your parents, should they be responsible for your pilot training cost.
